Solvent Printing

Our Epson SureColor printer is produced to 1440×1440 dpi the premium solvent printing for substrates such as perforated window film, posters, backlit film (Duratrans), adhesive back vinyl, static cling, canvas, vehicle wrap. It can hit about 98% of all pantone colors. And our Grando HQ3205 printer is produced to 126″ width eco-solvent printing for vinyl banner and mesh banner.

Dye-Sublimation Direct Print

The disperse dye sublimation inks are becoming very common in the market for printing on polyester or other synthetic fabrics. Our 10 feet width disperse dye sublimation ink printer can be printed such as backdrops, table covers, banners and flags. The images are initially printed on coated heat-resistant polyester fabric directly and then heat fixation the color operating at a temperature around 375 F. Under the high temperature, the dye turns into gas and permeates the fabric and then solidifies into its fibers. The fabric is permanently dyed so it can be washed without damaging the quality of image.
